Standby LC's may be issued for some of the following purposes:

  • To provide assurances of our Client's ability to perform under the terms of a contract
  • To fulfill bid-bond and performance-bond requirements
  • To help secure third-party financing

Against Financial Instruments
Collateral Based Funding enables clients to obtain funding against financial or hard assets. This type of funding imposes less strenuous requirements for client's financial strength and project quality than traditional project finance. Third Party Real Estate : Land Based Lending
WE have developed great contacts and associations with resourceful "land bank" with net asset value in excess of millions and in some case exceeding Billions of US Dollars, consisting of free-and-clear or encumbered land that can be made available for our clients collateral need and provision program, for 12 to 24 months programs with guarantee on their returns’ access . Yes, we can arrange land assets available to clients in need of collateral support or credit-enhancement.

Cash Collateral Accounts:
WE can arrange Cash Collateral Accounts (CCA's) by making cash deposits in US, European or International banks in order to fulfill client's POF requirements.

We our associates retains signatory control at all times. Legal compliance is achieved through a variety of joint venturing and limited liability partnering structures. In most cases, bank accounts can be opened under the Client's name.

A CCA instrument is the most flexible and at the same time most expensive format for a Proof of Funds transaction.

Third Party Real Estate Commercial Revenue earning assets
Third Party Funding against such properties can be arranged on clients offering a clear audit and access prior to funding for the last 3 years of revenue or rents and other revenues to collate it for return tagging and working on the temporary funding needs for clients, such properties can be :
a) Large Hotel / Motel Properties
b) Commercial property in urban zones or down towns with good worth of revenue taggable
c) Industrial estates offered to entrepreneurs in parts or sub parts and having good or flawless regular earning in last 24 to 36 months

Bank Confirmation Letter:
We can arrange / provide BCL from a top US, European or International bank confirming availability of cash, availability of credit or financial capability to undertake certain transactions. In most cases, BCL's are issued without obligation or liability on the part of GFC or the issuing bank.

MEDIUM TERM NOTES:
We can help you in this as our crucial and interesting business relationships with associates involved in the primary and secondary MTN markets, and have access to some of the most desirable notes through its relationships with specialized trader/brokers. MTNs can be provided to Clients in need of recourse collateral, non-recourse collateral or for credit-enhancement purposes.

Against Hard Assets: Funding against Hard Core Assets enables clients to obtain funding against financial or hard assets. This type of funding imposes less strenuous requirements for client's financial strength and project quality than traditional project finance. Global Financial Collaborations, can arrange funding against the following types of collateral:

  • Globally recognizable Real Estate properties
  • Building complexes and Office complexes traceable in value worth by international banks
  • Urban Lands, that can be certified by Top 4 Evaluating Companies in world and top 25 banks
Any Government property free of any other foreign or internal encumbrances for Government of joint venture project development

Third Party Gold, Silver or Platinum based lending:
This is similar to Borrowing against precious metals and third party endorsements can be worked up for borrowings, though LTV may vary in case to case ranging from 80 % down to 60% and based on time to time and country to country as well

Swift Proof of Funds: We can arrange out or provide POF, RWA, pre-advices, and other types of messages using secured bank to bank communications based on the SWIFT protocol.

This service is useful for the following applications

  • A physical commodity trader wants to request Proof of Product from a Supplier
